Chessy Beef Stew


Here is another recipe I saw from a cheese product c: I tried this at home and it really made my hubby and son asking for another plateful c:

here's what you need...

1 kg. beef (cubed)
1 can tomatoes (diced)
2 cups tomato sauce
1 c water
1 pc beef broth cube
1/2 c peas
4 pcs. carrots ( cubed)
2 strips celery (cut into 3/4 inches)
3 pcs. potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1 pc onion (chopped)
1/2 c bread crumbs
2 cups cheese ( quick melt, diced)
3 pcs. bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paminta
vegetable oil

here's how...

1. Sauté beef in oil until brown.
2. Add carrots, potatoes and bay leaves.
3. Stir for about a minute or half cooked.
4. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth cube, sugar, 1 1/2 cups cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
5. Simmer then add the celery and peas.
6. When cooked top with the remaining cheese.
7. Serve while hot.
