What you need...

2 stalks celery ( diced into 1/2 ")
1 pc. carrots (diced)
1 pc. onions (diced)
2 pcs. bay leaves
1 pc. red bell pepper
1/2 can malt beer
1 pc. pork shank
1 cup tomato sauce

What to do...

1. Sear the pork shank and remove from the pan.
2. Saute celery, carrots and onions.
3. Add the beer and tomato sauce.
4. Bring to a boil and add the pork shank.
5. Simmer for a hour.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. You can serve it with your favorite vegetables.
