What you need...

2 cps elbow macaroni noodles
1 onion, ( medium) sliced
garlic, diced
ground pork or beef (depends on how much you like)
quick melt cheese (any cheese you prefer, and how much) diced
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Alpurpose cream
100 g tomato sauce (sweet or sour, which you prefer)
salt and pepper


Here's how...

for the macaroni:

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2. Cook macaroni for 5 minutes.
3. Add salt and a tablespoon of oil.
4. remove from heat and run tap water to cool.
5. Set aside.

for the meat:

1. Saute garlic and onions.
2. Add the meat and let it cook until ready.
3. Add tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
4. Let it boil.
5. When ready, set aside.

for the toppings:

1. Heat the alpurpose cream.
2. Add the quick melt cheese and stir until it melts.
3. Set aside.

To assemble:

1. In a large bowl mix the macaroni with the meat sauce.
2. Top with the white sauce.
3. Dredge the top with Parmesan Cheese.
4. Serve.
