I made this dish for my honey and my son and they love it :9



what you need...

1 beef top round steak (1 pound, 1/8 "thickly sliced)
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 large garlic cloves (crushed)
1 medium onion (thinly chopped)
1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small can button mushrooms
1 medium carrots (chopped oval shaped)
a few pieces of string beans (chopped)
a handful of broccoli
2 tbsp ginger (grated)
3/4 cups water

what to do...

1. In a medium bowl, toss steak slices with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 crushed garlic clove. Let stand for a minimum of 5 min.
2. In a non-stick skillet with medium heat, put 1 tbsp of oil.
3. Stir-fry beef for about 30-45 minutes. Set aside.
4. In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Saute mushrooms and onions. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add carrots, broccoli, string beans, red bell pepper, ginger and water.
6. Add remaining soy sauce and garlic while stirring occasionally. Cook until vegetables are crisp.
7. Serve with rice.
