what you need...

2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup onions (chopped)
3 tbsp garlic (minced)
2/3 tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp flour
3/4 cup tomato sauce
2 cups chicken stock
3/4 cup cream
1/2 cup tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
salt & pepper

what to do...

1.Saute' onions, garlic, tomatoes,oregano and flour in butter until onions turn translucent.

2. Add in tomato sauce and stock.
3. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
4. Add in cream and remaining tomatoes.
5. Simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
6. Add in cheese and season with salt and pepper.
