How to cook Pinsec frito

What you need...

100 g beef (ground)
100 g shrimps (finely chopped)
1 whole onion (finely chopped)
1/2 c carrots (finely chopped)
1/2 c turnips/singkamas (finely chopped)
1 whole egg
2 tbsps cornstarch
cheese (cubes)
molo wrapper
flour (mixed in water for paste)

What to do...

1. Mix thoroughly ground beef, shrimps, onions, carrots, turnips, egg and cornstarch.
2. Season well with salt and pepper.
3. Place a teaspoon full of mixture into a molo wrapper.
4. Top with eden cheese cubes.
5. Fold molo into triangles and seal with flour-water paste.
6. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
