How to cook Grilled Marlin with Lemon grass / tinanglad na marlin

1/2 k. marlin belly (cut into cubes)
Lemon grass stalks
for marinade:
Lemon grass or tanglad (white part only, finely chopped)
1 calamansi or dayap ( juice)
1 tsp. white pepper
what to do...
1. Blend the ingredients for the marinade.
2. Marinate the blue marlin for at least 3 to 4 hours.
3. Skewer fish on very firm stalks of lemon grass or tanglad.
4. Grill.
*Note:
Serve preferably with Green tamarind sauce, burong kamias (pickeled camias), burong mangga (pickled green mangoes), mangga sa serbesa (pickled mangoes in beer ) or kinilaw na labanos (pickled radish).
