I am planning to cook this for dinner and am really excited to prepare it c:
what you need...
2 pcs burrito wrappers
10 tbsps hoisin sauce
200 grms leftover adobo (shredded and fried)
50 grms cucumber (julienned)
Mint leaves
Sesame seeds
a pc of lime
what to do...
1. Spread hoisin sauce on burrito wrapper.
2. Arrange adobo, cucumber, lettuce, carrots on bottom half of the burrito. Top with sesame seeds and mint leaves.
3. Roll and wrap tightly.
4. Cut each burrito in four and arrange on a plate.
5. Drizzle with more hoisin sauce and serve with lime on the side.

what you need...
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
popsicle sticks or dowel
4-5 apples (or how much you need)
pecans (chopped)
what to do...
1. In a sauce pan, combine water and light brown sugar.
2. Stir gently over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved and mixture appears smooth.
3. Gently bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes, or until mixture turns into a thick syrup.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Carefully stir in the heavy cream.
6. Pierce the center of each apple with a popsicle stick or dowel.
7. Swirl apple in the caramel syrup until coated and roll in pecans.
8. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
what you need...
2 250 ml all purpose cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
8 oz bar cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup calamansi juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 tsp green food coloring
14-16 pcs Graham crackers
1 kiwi (sliced into wedges) - optional
what to do...
1. Mix well all purpose cream, condensed milk, cream cheese and calamansi juice.
2. Add food coloring until desired color is achieved. Set aside.
3. Spread 1/4 cup of calamansi-cream mixture into the bottom of a square glass or aluminum container.
4. Arrange Graham crackers on top of the cream.
5. Add a second layer of the cream.
6. Finish with another layer of Graham crackers and the rest of the cream.
7. Decorate with kiwi wedges and crushed Graham crackers on top if desired.
8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
what you need...
6-8 pcs alimasag, crab (cooked , shells removed, flake meat)
2 whole eggs (beat)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 small can tomato
1 potato (cubed)
1/2 cup red and green bell pepper
1 cup cabbage (shredded)
1 whole cheese 35g (cubed)
1 tbsp oil
salt and pepper
what to do...
1. Cook, remove shell, and flaken6-8 crabs and set aside.
2. Beat well 2 whole eggs, set aside.
3. Saute garlic and onions in oil.
4. Add 1 can tomatoes,potato, red and green bell peppers, cabbage. Mix well.
5. Stir in crab flakes and cheese.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Stuff cleaned crab shells with filling.
8. Top with bread crumbs and dip in beaten eggs.
9. Fry topside down in hot oil until golden brown.
10. Serve with catsup if desired.
*makes 6-8 servings
what you need...
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups condense milk
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs 2/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
what to do...
1. Pre-heat oven to 250 F.
2. Line a loaf pan with wax paper or foil.
3. In a bowl, sift all dry ingredients.
4. Blend in condensed milk, eggs, melted butter and evaporated milk.
5. Pour into prepared pan and set aside about 1/4 cup of the mixture.
6. Blend chocolate syrup in the remaining mixture and blend well.
7. Pour over the pan and swirl chocolate mixture into the batter using a knife.
8. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is firm to the touch and when toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake.
9. Cool a little before serving.
